DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY ?
Yes, we ship worldwide except for Russia and other Middle Eastern countries. Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes that are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office for these charges. Additionally, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Beach Addict is not responsible for any of these charges. Shipping costs only include shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as customs may hold your package for reasons beyond our control.
WHAT DOES PRESALE MEAN?
If an item is marked or labeled as pre-sale, it means the item is not yet in stock or has not yet been delivered to us. All pre-sale orders are fulfilled upon receipt. Our pre-sale items are listed with an estimated delivery date on all online pre-sale items.

We process orders super fast. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.
To change your delivery address, please send an email to contact@beachaddict.de with your order number and the new address.
HOW CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE SOMETHING?
Swimwear items can be returned or exchanged as long as they are in the same condition as when purchased, still have the bag, and must include a hygiene sticker.
Please make sure you have selected the correct size before paying. For any other items you wish to return/exchange, please email Beach Addict at contact@beachaddict.de
Please note that we do NOT provide a return label. Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
I received my package and the swimsuit color isn't accurate. What should I do?
We have made every effort to display the colors of our products that appear on the website as accurately as possible. However, since the actual colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of the colors will be accurate.
