We will gladly accept your return for an exchange. You have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return by submitting a cancellation notice.

Please note that we do NOT provide a return label. Return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the new condition in which you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, free of makeup, odor, and stains, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Swimwear can be returned or exchanged as long as it is in new condition, still in its original packaging and the hygiene sticker is included.
Accessories must also be returned with intact outer packaging or original box.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at contact@beachaddict.de and express your cancellation request. Please note that the customer is responsible for the shipping costs for sending the exchange or return to Beach Addict. Items returned to us without prior notification will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item so we can assess and resolve the issue. Claims for damaged goods or packaging errors must be submitted to us by email within 14 days of delivery.

Exchange
Exchange requests must be received by email ( contact@beachaddict.de ) within 14 days of the delivery date. No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
Once the item is returned to our facility, a tracking confirmation number must be sent via email. Once the return is accepted, you will make a separate purchase for the new item.
Unequal exchange: If you wish to exchange your purchase for another item of a higher value, the price difference of the exchanged item will be charged.

EXCHANGE - RETURN - PROCESSING TIME
Once we receive your package, your exchange will be processed within a maximum of 3-5 business days, with the average return time being 1-2 business days.


Refunds
We offer a refund within 14 days of order delivery. Please email us for a refund request.
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return (defective item) and let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund via your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

The price displayed on the website at the time of purchase is the final purchase price, without exception. If the price of an item has changed since that item was purchased, the new prices cannot be applied to previous orders. We do not offer price adjustments.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER
Changes to your order can be made by contacting Beach Addict. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot make any changes.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

We do not offer free returns or exchanges on international orders. Customers must pay for return shipping when returning an international order. For more information, please email contact@beachaddict.de
