For our European customers you have a 14-day right of return

We offer a variety of shipping options for domestic and international customers. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our ordering system and depend on the weight of the purchased items, the package's destination, and the selected shipping method.

Your shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you enter your payment information. This allows you to determine the total cost and adjust your order if necessary.

Online orders are usually shipped within 2-5 business days after the order has been processed.

Please note that this may be delayed during the holidays (Christmas, Easter, etc.).

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order online.

International Shipping

Yes, we ship worldwide except Russia and other Middle Eastern countries.

We do not offer free returns or exchanges on international orders. Customers must pay for return shipping when returning an international order. For more information, please email contact@beachaddict.de

How long does shipping take?

We ship all international orders via express shipping with DHL. Shipping costs are automatically calculated by our ordering system and depend on the weight of the purchased items, the package's destination, and the selected shipping method.

If you're placing an international order, you'll need to allow additional time for export travel and customs clearance. Also, keep in mind that we're in the midst of a pandemic, so shipping may be delayed.

Shipping usually takes 3-6 business days (please note that shipping may take up to 8 business days during peak season).

What happens if my order is lost?

Please note: We are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once delivery has been confirmed by our courier company, the shipment is out of our hands and you must contact the shipping company directly.

Will I be charged taxes and duties?

Your order may be subject to customs duties and taxes that are not included in our prices. Please check with your local customs office for these charges. Additionally, some countries may charge an additional handling fee for delivery within that country. Beach Addict is not responsible for any of these charges. Shipping costs include only shipping. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery arrival times/dates, as customs may hold your package for reasons beyond our control.


Returns for uncollected international shipments

Please note that international orders may require collection from customs or the local post office in your destination country. If a shipment has been verified to have arrived in your country but is not collected within the allotted time or customs clearance is not completed, the package will be returned to us.

In this case:


  • Once we receive the return, we will refund the purchase price less the original shipping costs and the return shipping costs.
  • Any customs or import fees incurred in the destination country cannot be refunded.
  • A full refund of the purchase amount is not possible in these cases.


We recommend that you collect shipments from the relevant office in a timely manner to avoid additional costs and delays.
